You have two options to request a stop payment on a check that has been lost or is no longer valid. Visit any branch office or call our Customer Service Center at 800-321-0032. In order to place a stop payment, you will need the check number, dollar amount, the date on the check, and the payee. A fee may apply.
Consumer customers may enroll in eStatements when logged into Online Banking. If you prefer, or if you are a business client, you may also complete the eStatement registration form and return it to us by mail or any Monroe Bank & Trust Office.

Customers may also visit any branch or call us at 800-321-0032 to update your contact information.
