Monroe Bank & Trust's Retirement Savings Plan
Monroe Bank & Trust’s Retirement plan is a 401(k). The bank matches employee contributions dollar for dollar up to 3%, will match .5% on a 4% contribution and another .5% on a 5% contribution for a maximum of a 4% contribution.

Employees Now Linked In Service Together (ENLIST) Volunteerism is an employee driven volunteer program founded in 1984. Employee volunteers support, assist and augment over 200 community agencies, nonprofits, schools and organizations every day of the year.
Monroe Bank & Trust encourages employee volunteerism through our ENLIST Volunteerism program. As an added incentive, full-time salaried employees can earn PTO time. For every 20 hours of time worked in ENLIST Volunteerism Program projects, full-time salaried employees earn one PTO day. The maximum number of PTO days earned for salaried employees is five per year.
Monroe Bank & Trust recognizes the need to reach members of our community with a formalized, systematic, far-reaching approach to the financial literacy challenge. Monroe Bank & Trust offers a comprehensive suite of literacy programs designed to meet the needs of our community from early education through adulthood. (Programming available for all ages.) Our employee Monroe Bank & Trust Teachers receive 3 ENLIST Volunteer hours for each class taught.
