  2. How do I place a stop payment on a check?

    You have two options to request a stop payment on a check that has been lost or is no longer valid. Visit any branch office or call our Customer Service Center at 800-321-0032. In order to place a stop payment, you will need the check number, dollar amount, the date on the check, and the payee. A nominal fee may apply.

  3. How do I register for eStatements?

    Please complete the eStatement registration form and return it to us by mail or any MBT Office.

  4. I need to report my debit or ATM card lost or stolen, what number do I need to call?

    Please call us immediately at 800-321-0032. Visit our Security Center for more information.

  5. What are MBT’s hours?

  7. How long will it take for MBT to respond to my email request?

    Monroe Bank & Trust is committed to responding to inquiries as soon as we are able. You should typically receive a response from us within one business day.

  8. Do I have to come to the bank to change my account type?

    Please call us at 800-321-0032 for assistance.

  9. Are my deposits insured?

    Monroe Bank & Trust deposit accounts are FDIC insured. Types of insured deposit accounts are savings, checking, time deposits (Certificate of Deposit), Club, Money Market Accounts and certain retirement accounts. Learn more about FDIC insurance.

  10. What do I do if I forgot my Username or Password?

    For security purposes limited assistance may be available by calling us at 800-321-0032. You may need to visit a branch in-person to obtain your Access ID.

  11. How can I get a new PIN number for my debit or ATM card?

    Please call us at 800-992-3808 to reset your PIN number.

  12. How can I order checks?

    You can order checks online, in-branch or by phone.

  13. How can I change my address/phone number?

    You can update your contact information when you are logged into Online Banking by selecting the "Options" menu at the top of the page.  If you do not have access to online banking, you may complete the this form.
