ACCOUNT ACCESS AND COMMUNICATION INTERRUPTION
On Saturday, January 19, 2013, MBT will be performing a major electrical upgrade that will cause interruptions to our eLink, eBusiness, Remote Deposit, telephones, and email systems.
This service interruption will occur from noon until approximately 6:00 PM EST.
We strongly encourage our personal and business customers to complete any necessary transactions including deposits, withdrawals, online bill payments and similar activities with this service interruption in mind.
MBT sincerely apologizes for this inconvenience. However, this upgrade will help us to serve you better in the future.
Report Lost or Stolen Cards
If your MBT credit, debit or ATM card is lost or believed stolen:
During this service interruption, contact the 24-hour hotline below to report your lost or stolen card:
Visa Credit Cards: Please call 1-800-883-0131
MasterMoney Debit Card OR 7-24 Banker ATM Card: Please call 1-800-236-2442
Notify all of the participating merchants with whom you’ve set up automatic bill payments.
Once MBT issues you a new card, call the merchants to reestablish your automatic bill payments with your new card.
MBT will cancel your lost or stolen card immediately and send a replacement.
