How do I enroll for MBT eLink service?
Complete the application
form or visit any MBT office. Answer a few basic questions, sign the
form, and we'll issue you a user access code and password number that
will get you started.
How do I sign up for MBT eLink online bill payment?
Just
click on the Bill Payment option and tell us who to pay, their mailing
address, how much and when - and we'll take it from there! Paying local
utilities, credit card vendors, plumbers, mechanics - you name it - has
never been easier! Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for payment
processing.
Technical Requirements
MBT
eLink requires a system running an Internet web browser using 128-bit
encryption (Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher, or AOL's
Netscape Navigator 4.03 or higher will have this ability though you may
have to visit the browser company's website for an encryption upgrade.).
We also recommend that your browser is graphics enabled to view the MBT
website.

What is the best display setting to use when viewing MBT eLink?
While
the site looks most crisp at higher screen resolutions (e.g., 1024 x
768 or greater), the site should be viewable and functional with
virtually any screen resolution.
Is MBT eLink compatible with Quicken or Microsoft Money?
Yes!
When viewing your account information with MBT eLink, you will be able
to export the data to your personal computer for use with Quicken and/or
Microsoft Money.
How can I be sure that my MBT eLink account is secure?

by the customer, and that is the integrity of your user access code and
password. At MBT, we highly recommend against writing your user access
