Shella Bristow
|
|
Shella Bristow joined MBT in 2011 as a Mortgage Loan Officer, with over two decades of real estate and mortgage experience. Prior to joining the MBT mortgage team, Shella has served as a mortgage originator, loan processor and REO Processor. Her career has included positions at Century 21 Premier, the Key Group, Main Street Bank, Cambridge Mortgage and Key Mortgage. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Shella serves customer mortgage needs in the Plymouth – Northville area.

Kathryn DuBois
|
|
Kathryn M. DuBois joined the MBT Mortgage Team at the Lambertville Branch as a Mortgage Officer in 2012, with more than 25 years of banking experience. Kathy began her banking career as a teller with First Federal Savings of Lenawee, and was subsequently promoted to branch management positions. Her career led her to progressively responsible positions at Standard Federal Bank, LaSalle Bank and the regional Lending Center of Bank of America. Active in the Lambertville community, Kathy has helped build homes with Habitat for Humanity. She is a member of the Monroe County Home Builders Association and serves on the Monroe County Association of Realtors Special Events Committee.

Paula Lipper
|
|
Vice President Paula Lipper became a part of the Monroe Bank & Trust team when the Erie branch of National Bank of Detroit was acquired by MBT in 1994. She continued in branch management until 2002 when she moved to the lending area and became a Mortgage Loan Officer with the MBT Mortgage Department. Paula has earned a Bachelors Degree in Management and Organizational Development, and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management. She has also completed an extensive array of management and banking courses, and has served as adjunct professor at Monroe Community College. She currently teaches at Spring Arbor University holding the academic rank of affiliate professor, and serves on the University's Graduate and Professional Studies Curriculum Committee.

Howard Roberts
|
|
Howard joined Monroe Bank & Trust in 1985. His career has encompassed branch management, as well as lending. He currently serves as Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer. Howard is a certified specialist in secondary mortgage market transactions and was an adjunct instructor at Monroe County Community College for 6 years.

Margarita Wong
|
|
Fluent in Spanish, Margarita joined Monroe Bank & Trust in August 2000 and was appointed Administrative Specialist for Residential Mortgage Loans. In this capacity, Margarita coordinated the home loan activities of the Bank's retail offices. Margarita was subsequently promoted to Mortgage Loan Officer in 2006. Her bilingual ability is especially helpful for Spanish-speaking clients. She is a graduate of Monroe County Community College with an Associate of Science degree.
