Report Lost or Stolen Cards
If your MBT credit, debit or ATM card is lost or believed stolen:
Step 1 -- Call to report the card as lost or stolen.
Call Monroe Bank & Trust at 800-321-0032 (Mon -Thr 8am - 5pm, Fri 8am - 6pm, Sat 8:30am - 12:30pm)
After normal business hours and on Sundays, contact the appropriate 24-hour hotline to report your lost or stolen card:
Visa Credit Cards: 1-800-883-0131
MasterMoney Debit Card: 1-800-236-2442
7-24 Banker ATM Card: 1-800-236-2442
Step 2 -- MBT will cancel your lost or stolen card immediately and send a replacement.
Step 3 -- Notify all of the participating merchants with whom you’ve set up automatic bill payments.
Step 4 -- Once MBT issues you a new card, call the merchants to reestablish your automatic bill payments with your new card.
