MBT ENLIST Fundraising Program

Monroe Bank and Trust is proud of our over 150 year heritage as well as our ENLIST volunteer service organization composed of MBT employees!  ENLIST is one of the nation’s premier models of corporate-employee volunteerism.  Each year, the ENLIST organization holds fundraising events for non-profit organization(s) within the communities we serve, in addition to volunteering an average of 10,000 man hours of time. 

In 2013, the following eight very worthwhile organizations will benefit from MBT's ENLIST fundraising efforts:  

  • Home, INC.
  • Military Families of Monroe County
  • Monroe County Senior Legal Services
  • Frenchtown Senior Center
  • Project Second Chance
  • Community Meals/Necessity Closet
  • Monroe County Food Bank
  • Mercy Memorials Helping Hands Fund

Funds will be distributed based on votes collected on MBT's Facebook page and in our branches. Each quarter, two organizations will be in the running to collect votes. The organization with the most votes receives 80% of the funds raised from the previous 3 months of ENLIST Jean Days. The runner up receives the remaining 20%. The top overall vote recipient will receive the additional funds from ENLIST Fundraisers held throughout the year. The winner will be announced at the 2014 Annual Social.
