We provide assistance and support in both workers (MBT ENLIST employee volunteers) and financial capital to over 200 community organizations, activities and causes.
The Monroe Bank & Trust “Charitable Contributions and Sponsorship Policy” guides the allocation of resources, time and personnel to community organizations and applies to all employees of Monroe Bank & Trust and its subsidiaries. This assistance can be in the form of financial and non-financial assistance and loaned personnel from our ENLIST program.
MBT accepts requests from organizations headquartered in, or primarily serving our market areas of Monroe County, southern Wayne County and the communities of Plymouth and Northville. We may contribute to and/or encourage employee involvement in causes that focus on:

Safety, health/wellness and human services

Community/Civic organizations

Economic Development
-
Environmental causes
-
Arts, culture and humanities
Monroe Bank & Trust will not contribute to:

Individuals

Political campaigns/parties

Religious organizations

Social or athletic organizations

Trips, travel or cultural exchange programs

Activities that do not advance our public or corporate purpose

Organizations/events that discriminate on the basis of age, race, sex or national origin
Application and Processing of Requests
To request ENLIST manpower support please complete our convenient online ENLIST request at least two weeks prior to your event. Please contact the MBT ENLIST Coordinator at diana.lingle@mbandt.com or by phone at 734-384-8267 if you have any questions.
Requests for financial contributions must be presented to the Bank's Contributions Committee and may not be approved by phone. However, the Marketing Department is happy to answer any questions you may have at 734-321-0032.
